Srivats Sampath, Chairman of the Board

Srivats Sampath is President and CEO of Mercora, the world's largest and legal music radio network. Srivats was most recently with McAfee.com (NASDAQ:MCAF) before merging the company with Network Associates (NYSE:NET) in October 2002. He served as McAfee.com's founder, President and Chief Executive Officer from December 1998, bringing over 15 years of experience serving in management and executive roles in the computer industry.

Prior to founding McAfee.com, Srivats was with Netscape Communications, a provider of Internet software and services, as Vice President of Product Marketing. From June 1993 to June 1996, Srivats served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Discussions Corporation, a company he founded to develop email-based groupware solutions. Srivats also worked as Director of Product Marketing for Network and Security Products for Central Point Software, Inc., and was the Chief Architect and co-founder of the LAN Enhancement Operations and Microcomputer Communications Division of Intel Corporation.

Srivats serves on the boards of Determina and as Chairman of Voltage Security. He received his B.S. degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Madras University in India. Srivats also holds multiple patents in delivering security-as-a-service and contextual internet advertising.

Ann Winblad, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners

Ann Winblad is the co-founding Partner of Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. Hummer Winblad Venture Partners is a venture capital firm focused on software investing and manages over $1 billion in capital. Hummer Winblad Venture Partners has launched over 80 new software companies.

Ann has over 25 years of experience in the software industry as a successful software entrepreneur, strategy advisor, technical author and venture capitalist. Her background and experience have been chronicled in many national business and trade publications.

Ann has a B.A. in Mathematics and in Business Administration. She has a Master of Education with a focus in International Economics from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota. Ann also has an honorary Doctorate of Law degree from the University of St. Thomas.

Ann serves as a Director of start-up and public companies. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of St. Thomas.

Dan Boneh, Co-founder, Voltage Security

Dr. Dan Boneh is a leading authority in the fields of cryptography and computer science. As a Professor of Computer Science at Stanford University, Dr. Boneh leads the applied cryptography group. Dr. Boneh is co-inventor of the Identity-Based Encryption from the Weil Pairing, along with Dr. Matt Franklin of the University of California at Davis.

Dr. Boneh works on various topics in applied cryptography and computer security. His focus is on building security mechanisms that are easy to use and deploy. Along with his students, he developed new mechanisms for web security, file system security, and copyright protection. Dr. Boneh contributed to the security and performance of the RSA cryptosystem, developed new privacy mechanisms, and contributed to the study of cryptographic watermarking.

The author of over 60 technical publications, Dr. Boneh holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University and has received numerous awards, including the Packard Award, the Alfred P. Sloan Award, the Terman Award and several NSF grants.

Gary Little, Morgenthaler Ventures

Gary Little is a partner at Morgenthaler Ventures, an investment firm with venture capital headquarters in Menlo Park, California. Morgenthaler manages $2 Billion in capital and has built over 180 information technology, industrial and life sciences companies.

Gary was named to the 2008 and 2009 Forbes Midas 100 lists honoring the most successful and influential people in venture capital. He focuses on Internet services and software investments. His investments include NexTag, Netli (acq. by Akamai), TimesTen (acq. by Oracle) and KnowledgeNet (acq. by Thompson). Gary currently serves on the boards of Rhythm NewMedia, JasperSoft, MuleSoft and Opinmind. He previously served on the board of imeem.

Previously, Gary spent seven years at Sun Microsystems as Director of Product Marketing, Director of Asia Pacific Marketing (including a posting in Hong Kong), and as Group Manager of Industry Marketing. Before Sun, he held sales and marketing positions at IBM. Gary began his career as an IC design engineer for TRW's microelectronics research labs. Gary earned an MBA from Harvard University and a BSEE from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mark Siegel, Menlo Ventures

Mark joined Menlo Ventures in 1996. Previously, he held product management and consulting management positions at Oracle Corporation and worked in business development at Netscape Communications Corporation. At Menlo, Mark focuses primarily on early-stage software and communications companies. His recent investments and board seats include: Authoria, Covalent Technologies, diCarta, Emptoris, Phiar, Questra, Sitara Networks Tera Systems and Voltage Security.

Mark holds a B.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Peter T. Meekin, Trident Capital

Peter Meekin joined Trident Capital as a Managing Director in 1999. He has more than 20 years of experience in software, information services, and technology consulting. Prior to joining Trident Capital, he was Vice President of Venture Development at Enterprise Associates, LLC, the venture capital division of IMS Health. He has also held senior technology and management positions with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Lotus Development Corporation and IBM. In addition, Peter has hands-on entrepreneurial experience having launched three start-up companies in the software and consulting industries.

Peter's current board memberships include Aethon, Arxan Technologies, Circles, iRobot (IRBT), TriCipher and Vidient. He formerly served as a director of Berkeley Enterprise Partners, Inc. (acquired by Extraprise, Inc.), Customer Analytics, Inc. (acquired by Exchange Applications (EXAP)), Cymfony (acquired by TNS Media Intelligence), ELetter, Inc., ESS Software, Inc., Sygate Technologies (acquired by Symantec), Tablus, Inc (acquired by RSA, The Security Division of EMC (NYSE: EMC) and Thor Technologies (acquired by Oracle).

Sathvik Krishnamurthy, President and CEO, Voltage Security

Sathvik Krishnamurthy has over 20 years of software industry experience and was appointed President and CEO of Voltage Security in March 2003. At Voltage he has led the effort to create one of the fastest growing data encryption companies in the world with over 1000 customers across a wide variety of industry segments, along with profitability and positive cashflow.

Prior to joining Voltage, Sathvik spent four years as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at ValiCert, a leading provider of secure file transfer and authentication software. While at ValiCert, Sathvik created and implemented the company's global strategic marketing and partnership initiatives, helping to drive revenues from zero to $24M and a successful IPO in July 2000.

Before ValiCert, Sathvik spent six years in various capacities at Worldtalk Corporation. As Vice President and General Manager of their security division, Sathvik led the company into the secure messaging marketplace which ultimately resulted in the company's $200M acquisition by Tumbleweed. While at Worldtalk, Sathvik co-invented "E-mail firewall with stored key encryption/decryption", US patent number 6609196.

Sathvik graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from UCLA.

Mark A. Bertelsen, Business Lawyer, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati

Mark Bertelsen is a senior partner of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the leading law firm representing high technology and emerging growth companies. He served as Managing Partner from 1990-1996 and currently is a member of the firm’s Policy Committee of senior partners.

His practice focuses on a wide variety of corporate, financing and securities law matters, including equity and debt financings; corporate governance; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures and strategic alliances; and international transactions. He represents clients ranging from start-up ventures to Fortune 500 companies. He serves on the Board of Directors of Autodesk (Nasdaq: ADSK), Informatica (Nasdaq: INFA), and a number of private companies.

Mr. Bertelsen received his law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California Berkeley, in 1969 and graduated in 1966 from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to joining the firm in 1972, he served two years as an officer in the U.S. Army.
