Summary:

Requirements (must have)
- Practical experience and detailed knowledge of HTTP proxy technologies.

Senior Manager - Channel Marketing
This Senior Manager of Channel Marketing at Voltage is responsible for the development and management of Voltage's channel program to deliver maximum revenues and expand market share through the channel. The Senior Manager of Channel Marketing will drive program strategy and tactics for partner on-boarding, enablement, co-marketing, and lead sharing, as well as success metrics and partner key performance indicators. The Senior Manager will work extensively with sales, partners, product marketing, and product management to design, execute and measure programs to support growth in channel pipeline contribution. This role will oversee and manage channel programs, including VAR, OEM/Alliance and technology partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive programs that facilitate growth of Voltage’s channel business
- Drive channel enablement/readiness processes and deliverables
- Establish partner loyalty, training and certification, and other support programs
- Develop and execute co-marketing and MDF programs
- Oversee Partner Portal and other supporting systems/processes

Sales Operations Manager
The Sales Operations Manager will manage support functions essential to Voltage sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation and sales compensation administration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistently in sales organization planning efforts
- Manage and report on revenue / bookings forecasts using automation forecasting tools
- Drive standards of performance and specific actions that drive sales growth that is consistent with predefined success criteria for the sales organization; track and report on these activities on a frequent basis
- Generate weekly forecast and metric reports and provide strategic analysis for Sales Partners
