Cryptography Core:		Access to symmetric and public-key ciphers and hashing algorithms Encrypt, Decrypt, Sign, Verify, Hash

Identity Services:		Create and manage identities for use in IBE operations Form identities from well-known strings (e.g. email addresses)

Protocol Layer:		Key server communication: private key and certificate signing requests Create and parse standards-based encrypted and signed messages

Application APIs:		High-level interfaces for rapid application development Create and parse content compatible with Voltage applications (e.g. SecureMail, SecureFile)

Toolkit Providers:		Platform-specific providers for performing policy, transport, and storage operations as well as memory management Extensible framework can support hardware tokens, crypto accelerators, and HSMs
