Voltage Security™ Completes
Series B Funding with Participation from Top-Tier
Venture Capital Firms

Alto, CA-November 17, 2003---Voltage Security, Inc.,
(www.voltage.com), provider of secure multi-channel business
communication solutions, today announced the completion
of an $11.6 million Series B round of funding. Menlo
Ventures signed on as the lead investor with full participation
from existing investors, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners
and Morgenthaler Ventures, and from additional strategic
investors. Mark Siegel, managing director of Menlo Ventures,
will join the Voltage Board of Directors.
