Voltage Security Announces Voltage SecureMail 2.5 with Enhanced Self-Service Capability to
Minimize Help Desk Costs

New Voltage SecureMail™ 2.5 Features Self-Service Optimizations and Improvements in Network Configuration and Management

Palo Alto, CA – May 8, 2006– Voltage Security, Inc., a global leader in enterprise privacy management, today announced general availability of Voltage SecureMail 2.5, an award-winning policy-based secure messaging solution. Voltage SecureMail 2.5 further improves overall appliance management including the introduction of comprehensive appliance back-up and optimized network configuration. These improvements ensure that Voltage SecureMail can be broadly deployed across an existing Fortune 500 enterprise IT infrastructure with a minimum of both setup and operations costs.

In addition, Voltage SecureMail 2.5 is optimized for self-service, further reducing TCO by minimizing costly help-desk calls. In large and diverse enterprise deployments, users will inevitably forget passwords or attempt to access secure messages from mis-configured environments. Now Voltage SecureMail automatically detects common error conditions and provides specific end-user instructions to resolve the problem in real-time. In addition, multiple password reset mechanisms are provided so that end-users are virtually assured of being able to reset accounts and passwords without requiring help-desk support.
