Voltage Security Selected as GTC Best Solution, HIPAA Compliance,

GTC West – Sacramento, CA – May 15, 2006–Voltage Security, Inc., a global leader in enterprise privacy management, has been named a GTC (Government Technology Conference) Best Solution in the area of HIPAA Compliance and will be honored at the GTC West 2006 conference in Sacramento beginning today. Voltage’s selection is based on the secure messaging deployment at the California Department of Health Services (DHS) featuring Voltage SecureMail™. As one of the largest handlers of ePHI (electronic protected health information), California Department of Health Services has a serious need to be able to protect that information, both in-house and in tens of thousands of emails annually.
