SecureMail Client also supports administrator-defined policies to enforce messaging security by user, group, domain, and presence of previous encryption to ensure policy compliance internally as well as externally.

Sending a secure message does not require any additional steps. Simple click the "Send Secure" instead of the "Send" button.
