With nearly every state already enforcing laws covering data privacy and data breach notification these new encryption laws add to the maze of regulation that businesses need to navigate. This webcast will review all the recent state laws that have gone into effect including laws enacted in Massachusetts, Washington, Minnesota and Nevada.
