A little mainframe humor
I was recently having lunch with a former coworker who now does business in China. According to my former coworker, auditing Chinese data centers can be tricky because some of the staff still think that they need to keep each and every aspect of the data center's operation secret.
In any event, my former coworker told about how he was recently working on an audit of a Chinese data center and came across a locked room that apparently contained a mainframe that he and his team hadn't been told about. When he asked about the controls on the unexpected mainframe he was told that he and his team couldn't be told that.
"No, top secret," said the elderly woman who was escorting the auditor.
"No, it's actually more likely to be RACF," said one of the auditors.
